Our Process

Let the journey begin

  • 1) Initial Consultation

It all starts with a conversation. You'll chat with Rob and Rebecca about your vision, needs, and style preferences for your new bathroom or kitchen. This is a chance to explore ideas and get expert input on what’s possible.

  • 2) 3d Visualisation

Rebecca will create a detailed 3D model of your home and the proposed new space, helping you visualise exactly how it will look and feel. As part of this, we’ll hold two Microsoft Teams meetings - one to present the initial design, and a second to confirm any changes. The full design package costs £250. If you decide to go ahead with us, this amount will be deducted from your final project cost. If not, the designs are yours to keep, but the fee is non-refundable.

  • 3) Measurements

Rob will visit your home to take precise, detailed measurements of the space. This ensures that everything is designed and built to fit perfectly, leaving no room for surprises later.

  • 4) Sample Bags

We’ll deliver sample bags tailored to your chosen finishes - such as door styles, colours, and materials - so you can see and feel your selections in your own home before committing.

  • 5) Quote & Scheduling

Once everything is agreed upon, we’ll provide a clear, itemised quote and outline a realistic schedule for the work, so you know exactly what to expect and when.

  • 6) Production

Rob will handcraft your new kitchen or bathroom cabinetry with care and precision, and we’ll source any additional items required - from taps to tiles - ensuring everything meets our quality standards.

  • 7) Fitting

Rob will carry out the full installation of your new bathroom or kitchen, taking care to minimise disruption and maintain a tidy work environment throughout the process.

  • 8) Quality Control + Sign Off

Once the installation is complete, we’ll carry out a thorough quality check to ensure everything meets our standards. Then we’ll walk you through the finished space and formally sign off the project together.
